Happy Work In Progress Wednesday! My main WIP is my first pattern design which is scheduled to go live on Ravelry in just one week. I’ve been busy tweaking the pattern and answering questions from my test knitters. I’m very excited and counting down the days until the pattern goes live. You can read about the inspiration for the design in my previous post here.
But I also have a few other designs in the works as well. Most are still in the early stages, like these swatches in Malabrigo Mechita in the color, Water Green.

And this one in this wonderful hand dyed yarn by Maryland indie dyer Inspired Fiberworx. I just love this colorway, Chesapeake. A 50/50 blench of Superwash Merino Wool and Mulberry Silk, this yarn is soft and has a wonderful sheen. It will become a sleeveless tank for later this summer.
Finally, a peak at my next design that is almost off the needles! A colorful, cropped summer tee knit in wool and cotton, my hope is to have this pattern written up, tech edited and test knitted for publishing in July.

So what’s on your needles?
Love… I look forward to seeing the complete product!
